Connecticut Jeeps

Connecticut Jeeps is a public Facebook community for Jeep enthusiasts across the Constitution State, founded in October 2013 and growing to over 7,400 members who gather to share builds, plan group activities, and explore Connecticut’s surprisingly rich off-road terrain.

Membership and Participation

Whether stock or lifted, every Jeep owner is invited to join up and participate in group activities. With 7,400+ members and an exceptionally active community (158+ posts per month, 16 new members per week), Connecticut Jeeps is by far the largest and most active Jeep group in the state. The public format makes it easy for new Jeep owners to find their people without barriers to entry.

Activities and Events

Connecticut punches well above its weight for off-road opportunities. Members explore Orcutt Hill State Forest, Meshomasic State Forest, and miles of Class IV roads and forest trails tucked throughout the state’s hills and valleys. Day trips to nearby destinations in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Pennsylvania expand the group’s wheeling range, and members regularly coordinate convoy runs and meetups throughout the seasons.
