30-Day Returns (No Questions Asked)

If you are not happy, we are not happy - period.

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund:

  • Item is in new or like-new condition
  • Original packaging and hardware included when possible

Kraken Offroad Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use, for up to 1 year from the date of delivery.

If a Kraken Offroad product fails because of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it. Simple as that.

What "normal intended use" means

Our products are designed for real-world conditions, including vibration, weather exposure, dust, mud, and typical offroad use. Gear built for the trail should perform like it, and we take that seriously.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

We will always do our best to help diagnose issues and find a solution, but certain situations are outside warranty coverage. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (including cosmetic wear from use)
  • Damage from accidents, impacts, rollovers, or trail incidents
  • Improper installation, misuse, neglect, or maintenance issues
  • Alterations or modifications (cutting, drilling, welding, grinding, bending, etc.)
  • Use outside intended fitment or application
  • Damage caused by other components, interference, incorrect hardware, or incorrect installation methods
  • Corrosion or finish damage caused by harsh chemicals, improper cleaning, or abnormal environmental exposure
