NWA (Northshore Wrangler Association)

The Northshore Wrangler Association (NWA) is a Covington-based Louisiana Jeep club founded in May 2019 to bring together Jeep lovers on the north shore of Lake Pontchartrain for off-roading, community events, and the shared joy of all things Jeep.

Membership and Participation

NWA is a welcoming, all-inclusive club — all styles of Jeep are welcome, and the group emphasizes treating every fellow Jeepler with respect regardless of their rig or experience level. The club is highly active with 77+ posts per month and a structured set of community rules that keep things Jeep-focused and family-friendly. Member benefits include vendor discounts and restaurant specials exclusive to NWA members.

Activities and Events

NWA organizes a full calendar of activities — off-road runs, block parties, cruising events, club rides, dine-outs, and meet and greets throughout the Northshore region and beyond. The club explores Louisiana’s pine-forested hills, river bottoms, and backroads that make the Northshore one of the most diverse off-road destinations in the Gulf South.

Community Culture

Faith, family, community, and Jeeps — that’s the NWA way. The club’s values are explicitly stated on their website and enforced on the group page: no bashing other clubs, no political posts, responsible alcohol use, and a genuine commitment to leaving every trail better than they found it.
